Defense Industry IT Council Recommends Linter for Use in Automated Systems

On March 19, 2013, the 6th meeting of the Defense Industry IT Council was held at the Ryazan Radio Plant.

Questions of building integrated management systems for defense industry organizations based on licensed Russian technologies were discussed.

The extensive program of the meeting included the report by Vitaly Maximov, Marketing Director of RELEX, Inc., “Using DBMS Linter in Mission-Critical Objects”. The report focused on potential threats posed to companies using overseas systems, and on the importance of using licensed Russian technologies in strategically important areas of economy, the first of which is the defense industry.
